In your one earlier query I had clarified already the followingpoints which I may add here too for the benefit of visitors: 1.Gaya sraadha is equivalent to performing 60 annual sraadhas. 2.After Gaya sraadha, conducting sraadha should not be discontinued. Continuing sraadha will surely feed Jnatha Anjathapithrus If our pithrus have gone to their destinations. It addsto punniabalam. AmongTamil Brahmins the practices are different. Among Kerala iyers there arevariations since they settled in Kerala long back. Oncebefore performing Gayasrardha, my sasthrikal brought two Brahmins for asrardha. One was a KeralaMoothathu talking in Malayalam. Without asking sasthrikal said- it is very difficult to get iyers for sradha. Ihave only one point to request you. You write anything you like as your postings.
