Pranam Some time back a member expressed is there any difference in tharpana anyeshti ,mantras between Smarthas and Iyengars; attachment of Jpegs in part 1,2,3,3a,3b and 4 extracted from book will show the negligible difference in sankalpam and early mantras between Tenkalai and vadakalai; other than these there s no difference in any other mantras at all. Even in wedding mantras have the consistency but certain procedures of marriage only varied between iyer iyengar, , differences within iyers and other tribes, and differences between regions. Veda mantras have no change at all. KR IRS 28521
