Fitness is in mind. ^ packers cannot beget children is a truth generally
where exceptions do not make the rule. Doing exercises for more than 20 to
30 minutes , continuing hour together at home or in the Gym with eating
protein food etc may attract the young women to be preyed by them; but
later they do not express the bad dream they had;ONE WHO SAW DO NOT REVEAL;
AND ONE WHO REVEALED NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING AT ALL. In 30 years I
lifted an articled weight 70 kgs deal wood box up on the PARANS of home
where I shifted as fit as a six pack are presumed. Today I am able to stand
on that stool and am able to get down the box ; the strength I had then to
lift up is gone; but the strength to hold for some seconds to get down and
shift the weight to some one does exist. Yoga is strength; Gym and other
tools shapes the muscle and the contours stay only as long as those
exercises are continued; in 30 you can lift your leg balanced upto your
chest; today you need a hand to lift the leg; fitness cannot be the same
all the time; as atoms change so too our strength. Yet fit as a fiddle
according to that age. Or else we find all around the earth many senior
citizens living alone unsung and uncared for with or without money and
support; and they eat rest and sleep and live everyday till death embraces
them. Of course the fitness my grandpa had in the 70s I do not have and
many youngsters fall on the bed after returning back from the office. IT IS
A MIND GAME. KR IRS 4722
