The evidence act of India ( not based on Vedic structures) but based on the British systems, is an act buffoonery; the interpretations that are genuinely made , which is rare, alone goes by the book; the rest will, drag all outside matters of sudden intelligence of the lawyers and the tax practitioners, so that, there will be denial or forced denial of the evidences. In old judiciary system judgements , there are pronouncements in rape cases, judgement in favour of the Rapist, by the Judges , that tghe point of forced entry is not proved!!.Many wives of the Judges eminent had the same victimisations, against which , those judges delivered verdicts. Tapes were once evidence; then it is not. So too the Diarys; how to prove all the diary writing is only His or Hers .And even by forensic wring caricatures are agreed as His or Hers ,there also arguments and agreed that they were figments of imaginations. The client must be destined; The lawyer shall lie then; the judge shall be led in to concur; favourable judgement. Was there not a lawyer who was convinced that semen went first is last born and the second is the first?; and marble balls in test tubes were used, where the last ball cannot overtake; did the judge ask how do you know the speed of the sperm at what movement to that particular incident?; we all praise his intelligence. Even today video and audio tapes are also evidence inclusive or exclusive, in spite of the pronouncements in vogue, because, by altering an alphabet, those judgements can be overruled. Have you not heaardNambi Naryanan and the judges?. Adi Shankara said yes because there is smoke on the mountain, looking over from here the ground, the deduction is fire; it is said it shall be verified further whether the fire was caused or in nature as such; it is today argued as :it can be mist also.
