My dear Gopalakrishnan
Your conclusion is erroneous; you failed to read what i write, HOW ONE
JUDGE CAN COME OVER THE EXISTING JUDGEMENT WHICH YOU DID NOT NOTICE. Video
audio tapes are admissible and inadmissible. On diary strength, a famous
producer was prosecuted. There is a legal term: ON THE FACTS AND THE
CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE CASE......hOPE U CAN UNDERSTAND THAT TERM. eACH FACT
IS DIFFERENT eACH jUDGE IS DIFFERENT. EACH LAWYER IS DIFFERENT; EACH COURT
IS DIFFERENT; EACH JUDGEMENT IS DIFFERENT K Rajaram IRS 051222
