CULTURAL QA 06-2023-02 BY Mr G FORMERELY RETIRED AND EDITED BY KR IRS 2623

Q1 What are the advantages of natural clay roof tiles?

KR Nature is undoubtedly clean and healthy. But if one were to
talk to your grandparents, they would lament many stories of their
sufferings, especially ladies who were all the time under that roof.
Snakes and that are poisonous will also reside along with being so cool.
Thieving was easier by removing the natural thing so easily naturally.
External rains may seep through or may pour through. As SUN roofing was
also needed for the lighting, privacy is questionable. American homes, made
of natural wood, have such plights. The doors are not safe. Rooms cannot be
locked as safety measure tight. Noise of all kinds can be heard where
privacy is questionable. American homes are naturally tiled even today but
a joint family cannot live even in 5000 sq ft acre home.

Q2 Is Lichi a summer fruit and good for your health?

G End b note: While litchi can be a nutritious fruit to include in
your diet, it's important to consume it in moderation as part of a balanced
diet. As with any food, individual dietary needs and potential allergies or
sensitivities should also be taken into consideration.

KR Then why all the fan fare for the Lychee which Chinese and north
farmers make export profits. On the contrary similar cheap fruit is
available in south which is known as RAMBUTAN OR RAMBUSTAN PAZHAM. Bothe
ate: sapindas classified and G used to ask sapinda. LIVE SIMPLE AND RICH
IN THINKING MAHAPERIYAVA.

KR Do we grow Lychee? At home or farm? China produce let them have
for their climate. Why pay for foreign veg and fruits in India and waste
your money?

Q3 How do I properly maintain and care for a wooden front door?

KR If teak door usually we do, do not even need polishing and once
a while dust it. Enough. After 35 years when I sold the home, my neibors
came to me for the front door to be sold to him. How can I sell a open
house (In USA it means , (as G is interested in coined words, :open-house)
selling property by open inspection of clients or the purchasers, walking
in and out, in the living home with the content; on Sat and Sun it will
happen; on that day, the seller will be away from his home; agent will get
the buyers to walk in to the open house) without a door? Then I came to
know that the new buyer changed the front door and my neibors bought the
door he was asking from me.

Q5 Which fruit is super nutritious?

KR Sir are you promoting fruits and vegetables for the Commission or
any kind of business? How many more times you will be repeating the same?
