Belief develops as a result of feeling. Feeling is mainly the result of breathing, smelling and sensing. The method of developing feeling is to close the eyes, make the mind blank and take to breathing. Without the interference from your Brain you enter the arena of the vacuum, the real Universe. Breathing takes to smelling and the cells participate directly in nature without the doubts and fears which the mind creates. Feelings take over the internal communication system of the cells and belief hormones take over. The cells feed the Brain with belief. We have to note that seeing with the eyes is the specific peculiarity that happens only on the surface of the earth up to say ten miles from the surface. Nowhere else in the whole Universe you can see with your eyes. The Visual cortex of the Brain converts the light that enters through the eyes, into 3D images which we call seeing. But 99.99% of the reality is in the invisible spectrum, and it is the formless, abstract and non 3D arena, the arena of feeling only. By closing the eyes and making the mind blank one ascends, step by step the great ladder of enlightenment, expanding the horizon of perception. The first step is to team up with nature, with Biosphere and also with the other facets of Geography. One becomes part of the planet earth, a limb of earth, the basic reality. The Horizon expands and expands, until one reaches the cosmic horizon, may be due to quantum entanglement. Science and technology have created the problem of 3D fixation. We have to realize that when we think, we make our mind blank and into the blank mind solution enters. It is the vacuum and not some 3D construct that is giving the solution.Breathing, smelling and sensing enables you to live in the present only, while technology takes you to the past only. When your telescope tells that there is a Quasar a billion light years away, it is telling that one billion years ago that Quasar existed and that we do not know whether it still exists. The Billion year History of the Quasar is beyond the Telescope. The Telescope cannot tell about feelings, thoughts, contemplations and emotions, the real vehicles of understanding. Even with your eyes you cannot see the exact present. A tiny time gap separates the reality even when you see with your eyes. Only by means of feeling, you live in the present. But when you feel, you cannot observe. You cannot do feeling and observation at the same time. You observe with your eyes while stopping feeling only. And when you feel, you stop observing. Belief grows only in free and lush nature, not in the terrorized and murdered nature of industrialized cities and urbanized metropolis. There is not a nano breath of pure air in the urbanized cities. The air is a carrier of feelings and emotions by giving the smell messages of organisms. We need free and healthy nature to develop belief.
