Q1         What golden advice did you learn inyour life?

A1          Hafiz Suboor,Jun 21

Love this advice!

You are holding a cup of tea when someone comes along and bumps into youor
shakes your arm, making you spill your tea everywhere.

Whydid you spill the tea?

"Becausesomeone bumped into me!!!" Wronganswer.

You spilled the tea because there was teain your cup.

Hadthere been lemonade in the cup, you would have spilled lemonade.

*Whatever is inside the cup is what willspill out.*

Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is
insideyou will come out. It'seasy to fake it, until you get rattled.

So we have to ask ourselves... "what'sin my cup?"Whenlife gets tough, what
spills over?

Joy,gratefulness, peace and humility? Anger, bitterness, harsh words and
reactions?Life provides the cup, YOUchoose how to fill it.

Today let's work towards filling our cupswith gratitude, forgiveness, joy,
words of affirmation; and kindness, gentleness and love for others.

Staypositive and be happy

Q3         What are the most mind-blowing factsabout the human brain?

A3         AI at Artificial Intelligence(1900–present) 8h

Thehuman brain is a remarkably complex and mysterious organ, and there are many
mind-blowing factsabout it. Here are some of the most intriguing:

1. **Neurons and Synapses**: The braincontainsapproximately 86 billion neurons
(nerve cells), and these neurons are connectedthrough trillions of synapses,
forming an intricate network that processesinformation.

2. **Processing Speed**: The brain canprocess information at incrediblespeeds.
It's estimated that neurons can transmit signals at speeds of up to 120meters
per second (about 268 miles per hour).

3. **Energy Consumption**: Despite itsrelatively smallsize, the brain consumes
a significant amount of energy. It uses about 20% of the body's total energy
supply, despite accounting foronly about 2% of body mass.

4. **Storage Capacity**: The human brainhas an estimated storagecapacity of
around 2.5 petabytes, equivalent to approximately 3 million hoursof TV shows.

5.**Dreams**: The exact purpose of dreams is still a subject of debate
amongscientists, butthey occur during the rapid eye movement (REM) stage of
sleep and often involvevivid and bizarre experiences.

6. **Brain Plasticity**: The brain exhibits remarkable plasticity, which means
it canreorganize itself, adapt, and form new neural connections throughout
life. Thisis the basis for learning and recovery from brain injuries.

7. **Consciousness**: The origin and natureof consciousness remain one of
themost profound mysteries in neuroscience and philosophy. How and why the
braingenerates conscious experiences is still not fully understood.

8. **Supercomputing Power**: Some estimates suggest that the brain's
computational poweris roughly equivalent to that of the most advanced
supercomputers, although itoperates in a vastly different manner.

9. **No Pain Receptors**: The brain itselfhas no pain receptors, so itdoesn't
feel pain. This is why brain surgeries can be performedon conscious patients.

10. **Inefficiency and Redundancy**:Despite its immensecomplexity, the brain is
not perfectly efficient. It has a degree of redundancy and often uses
multipleareas to perform a single task.

11. **Neuroplasticity**: The brain'sability to adaptisn't limited to early
development. Throughout life, it can rewire itself inresponse to learning,
experiences, and environmental changes.

12. **Electrochemical Signalling**:Communication withinthe brain occurs through
a combination of electrical impulses and chemicalsignals. This intricate system
enables rapid and precise communication betweenneurons.

13.**No Pain for Thoughts**: While the brain doesn't feel pain, it's
responsiblefor processing and interpreting pain signals from the rest of the
body.

14.**Sleep Complexity**: Sleep is a complex processwith distinct stages,
including non-REM and REM sleep. Each stage servesdifferent functions for
memory consolidation, restoration, and more.

15.**Limitless Potential**: The human brain's potentialfor creativity,
innovation, and problem-solving seems limitless, andresearchers continue to
uncover its astonishing capabilities.

Thesefacts about the human brain highlight both its incredible capabilities and
themany mysteries that still surround it. Neuroscience is an ever-evolving
field, and our understanding of the brain continues to deepen, making it one of
themost captivating subjects of scientific inquiry.

Q4         What is the difference between anintelligent person and a wise
person?

I am sitting at a coffee shop.

Ihave a meeting in an hour and I am just spending some time with myself
beforethe client arrives.

There’sa couple sitting right in front of me.

Theyare so close that I can also see what is their phone’s wallpaper.

Iam sure that they were having a good time. Holding hands, giggling they
lookedbeautiful and really sophisticated.

Anyway,

There wasn’t a lot of rush at that hour andwe were pretty much the only people
along with a few waiters.

Suddenly, the girl bangs on the table.

It was so quiet that it felt like abomb had dropped.

Ididn’t look up. I wanted none of them to feel embarrassed. So I keep looking
atthe art on my coffee.

Theargument heated up and the girl now started shouting.

Theguy is still quiet. He is angry, looks disgusted but he is quite unlike girl.

Idon’t know what they were fighting about but here’s what I make out of this.

An intelligent person knows so much that it knows nothing, leaves youhanging
upside down, mouthingknowledge as your heart falls out of your mouth - Anne.

But,A wise man knows when to use hisintelligence. He knows when to be silent.

Tome the guy is wise. He could have said anything and made the scene
moredramatic.

Instead,he thought one of us should be silent and since she is not I will be.

It’shard to be a wise person. Intelligent anyone can be.
