Q1         Did Karna involve inlakshagrah?

A1         TirumalasettySriramsiddhartha, Lives in Visakhapatnam, Andhra
Pradesh, India3y

Purochana was hired by Shakuni.Heplotted the death of Pandavas and their mother.

Karnaobjected this because firstly, this is a stupid plan.

Pandavas are not such a fools thatShakuni expects them to be.They are sons of
Gods. They cannot be murdered likethis. Its ridiculous.

Secondly, the one and only way tobeat Pandavas is in the battlefield. There was
no other way.

At least Karna had some sense about the possible and the impossible.

Q2         Which is the main causesof kidney failure?

A2         GunjanVasave,Former M.D. in Nephrology at Grant Medical College and
Sir JamshedjeeJeejeebhoy Group of Hospitals (2016–2019)Oct 18

Kidney failure, also known asend-stage renal disease (ESRD), can have various
causes, but the two main types are:

1. **Acute Kidney Injury (AKI)**: This is a sudden, often reversible form of
kidney failure caused by factorslike dehydration, severe infection, medication
toxicity, or a sudden drop inblood flow to the kidneys. If the underlying cause
is treated, the kidneys mayrecover.

2. **Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)**: This is a long-term, progressive condition
where the kidneys graduallylose their function over time. The leading causes of
CKD include:

-**Diabetes**: Uncontrolled high blood sugar levels can damage the small blood
vessels in the kidneys.

-**Hypertension (High Blood Pressure)**: Prolonged highblood pressure can
strain and weaken the blood vessels in the kidneys.

-**Glomerulonephritis**: Inflammation of thekidney's filtering units can lead
to CKD.

-**Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD)**: An inherited disorder causing cysts to
form in thekidneys, gradually reducing their function.

-**Autoimmune Diseases**: Conditions like lupus and otherautoimmune disorders
can affect the kidneys.

-**Certain Medications**: Prolonged use of certain drugsor pain relievers can
lead to kidney damage.

Additionally, other factors such as smoking, obesity, and a family history of
kidneydisease can increase the risk of kidney failure.

Early detection, proper management of underlying conditions, and a healthy
lifestyle can help reduce therisk of kidney failure. It's important for
individuals at risk to have regular check-ups andconsult with healthcare
professionals.

Q3         How do pilots see atnight if airplanes don't have front lights?

A3         JoeShelton, Author, Pilot (Comm. MEL/SEL/MES/SES, Inst), Aircraft
Owner Updated 2y

How do pilots see at night if airplanes don't have front lights?

Almost every aircraft has “front lights.” On general aviation aircraft they are
typically called “landing lights” — there’s ahint in that name. Airliner’s have
them also, but I’m not certain if they arealso called landing lights.
Airlinerstypically turn them on below 10,000 feet and most general aviation
aircraftturn them on whenever they are in flight.

When in normal flight, other than preparing to land, those lights reallyonly
have one purpose, so other aircraft will see them. The principle is the same as
used in automobiles —constant on lights.

There’s another point. A general aviation airplanes landing lights reallyaren’t
that much better than the high beams on a car. If you drive fast enough you can
drive faster than theycan provide enough light to see anything too far ahead.
Airplanes typically fly much faster than cars normally drive. Buteven more
important is that when an airplane is in flight there usually isn’tanything
close enough that the lights will actually illuminate. This is truefor
airliners also.

Sohow do pilots see at night? Not by the landing lights (except for
landing,taxiing, and taking off).

There are four things that allowpilots to fly at night.

Groundillumination — Cities, towns, cars on freeways, etc all provide
adiorama-like perspective that the pilots can use to both aviate (fly
theairplane) and navigate.

Moonlight— You might be surprised how well a full moon can illuminate the
ground. Evena partially lighted moon can provide perspective for a pilot.

Starlight— Once again, you might be surprised at the perspective that a clear
skyfull of starts can provide a pilot flying at night. (And the view can
bespectacular!)

Instrumentation— An aircraft’s instruments that is certified for instrument
flight(flying in the clouds) is equally useful for night flight. Sometimes a
flighton a dark night is actually more difficult than flying in clouds so a
pilot’sproficiency in utilizing an aircraft’s instruments can be critical for a
safeflight.

EDIT:

I have three night related anecdotes.

In the mid-1950s returning to Arizona from Pennsylvania with myfather, we
landed at a small airport in South Eastern Missouri. At night. It wasa grass
strip and no runway lights. We landed with no problem using just theaircraft’s
landing lights.

In the early 1980s my girlfriend and I were flying at night from San Jose CA to
Portland. We landed in Medford, refueled, had dinner, and departed VFR for
Portland. I left the landing lightson and during the climb I could see
something ahead that disturbed me. So Icircled and climbed to the minimum
enroute altitude. Havethe landing lights on probably kept us from flying into a
mountain that was onour route of flight.

Commuting home from work late one night I flew the instrument approachinto my
home airport. Except when I reached the MinimumDescent Altitude, not only could
I not see the runway lights, but theclouds/fog was so thick that I couldn’t
even see the normal familiar glow ofthe city lights off to my right. Except for
the lights within the cabin, it wasas dark as anything I have ever seen. The
landing lights were even absorbed bythe dark. So Iflew the missed approach and
returned to my departure airport and drove my“airport car” home.

Q4         What are the unknownfacts about ants?

A4         IanO'Grady,Studied TV and Film ProductionAug 10

What happens to an ant when it dies? When the ant dies in the colony, therest
of the Ants will ignore the corpse for up to two days. This is because they
don’trealise the Ant is dead. The Ant's corpse will lie there for two daysuntil
its corpse starts to decay leaving off a chemical called Oleic acid, which to
the other Antssignifies death

. Once the other Ants get a smell of death, they take the body of thedead Ant
and dump it into a pile of other Ant corpses.

Entomologist Edward Wilson experimented by putting drops of Oleic acidonto a
live Ant. Once the other Ants got that smellof death, theyattempted to drag the
struggling Ant to the Ant graveyard even as he tried toclean the Oleic acid of
itself.

Q5         When a person becomesolder, what is his blood pressure generally?

A5         Teamedical,Experienced Medical Team Updated Oct 2

As people age, their blood pressure tends to increase, and it is important for
them to monitor their levels toensure their health and safety. High blood
pressure, otherwise known ashypertension, has been linked to a variety of
serious health concerns, including heart attack and stroke.

Your blood pressure readings consist of twonumbers, which measure the amount of
pressure your heart exerts when it pumpsblood through your body.

The top number is your systolic blood pressure (the “high” number). It records
the pressure in your arteries when your heartis beating.

The bottom number is your diastolic blood pressure (the “low” number).
Itrecords the pressure in your arteries when your heart is between beats.

Theaverage blood pressure for adults aged 20-39 years is 120/80 millimeters
ofmercury (mmHg). However, as we age, our bloodpressure naturally begins to
rise. In adults aged 40-59 years, the average isaround 130/85, and it gradually
increases from there. Foradults aged 60-79 years, the average is 140/90 mmHg
and above, with some peoplehaving much higher levels than normal.

Highblood pressure is not something that should be taken lightly. It can be
causedby a variety of lifestyle factors, such as being overweight,
smoking, having a diet high in salt, and leading a sedentary lifestyle.
Therefore, it isimportant to make changes to your lifestyle to lower your blood
pressure.Exercise and maintaining a healthy weight are important to controlling
highblood pressure. Eating healthy, low-sodium foods can also help reduce
bloodpressure.

If your blood pressure is normal, regular check-ups and screenings are
recommended. If your doctor finds thatyour levels are still high, medications
may be prescribed to help you manageyour blood pressure.

Itis important for seniors to be aware of their blood pressure and take steps
toensure they are healthy and safe. High blood pressure can lead toserious
health concerns, so it’s important to make lifestyle changes and takesteps to
maintain good health as you age
