Thanks Mr. Rajaram for your apologies, Nice of you, and let me also say sorry
for the harsh words I was forced to use, much against my wishes.
The Quotes / narrations I fwd are not aimed at anyone but for the benefit of
all.
Re: Quotes - whether from the West or from anybody else - I fwd what I read, IF
I find them interesting and worth reading by others; others may disagree and
it is their privilege.
I don't know Sanskrit (not even Hindi) and hence my knowledge of what is said
in our Scriptures and ancient Texts is limited. Whatever little I know I have
gained from my Teachers, Gurus, Upanyasams my Mother forcibly used to take me
to, and books on various subjects, not to mention the social media.
So I will continue to fwd a few of what I read. I just say "Fwd" in the subject
column so as not to arrogate to myself what is said. Fwd includes what I get
from my circles, what I have heard / read and retained , what I read, what I
hear in various lectures etc.
While comments are welcome on the contents like differing / different views
or another interpretation, let us not argue about who said it, why and all
that. Osho may not be liked by many, particularly the orthodox, but I find some
of his sayings are worth reading and circulating.
Because
I follow Thirukkural which says "Analyze what is said by whoever and if found
sensible, accept it - "Epporul Yar Yar Vai ketpinum apporul Meipurul Kanpathu
Arivu"
I don't particularly care who said what but what is important to me is What is
Said.
I have no ill feelings but let us just take what we read at what it is - at
face value and not try to find hidden meanings or motives because there are
none.
Oh, by the way, I don't have any friendship (rightly or wrongly) with anyone
in this group ( although I have spoken to a few) and it is these kinds of
remarks you would do well without - in my opinion. I take full responsibility
to what I write and I think I am mature enough not to get influenced by others'
thoughts and expressions.

Dear Sri G K,
Thanks for your mail.
As you have rightly stated we all forward quotes / articles / sayings / jokes
etc. because we want others also to enjoy and benefit from them (to the extent
one can) as said in the Tamizh saying
"Yaan Petra Inbam Peruka Ivvayaikam" meaning let others also benefit from what
I have benefitted.
Nobody asks the sender (irrespective of who he is) whether he follows what he
forwards, but only some ask these silly questions, but they easily forget that
they themselves copy paste and forward many other forwards and no sensible
person asks them whether these senders follow what they say.
Yes, when people in authority ask others to do certain things we ask them
whether they do so but the context there is totally different.
I am not going to be deterred by these insane, inane, disgraceful, disgusting
and silly comments and let the readers draw their own conclusions.
I don't normally respond to what I consider to be Toxic comments but sometimes
I am forced to do so, much against my wishes.
Mr. R K's response:
"Who adds salt to Injury speaks about adding curd to salt. Where gunas decide
the human levels, by birth and their own levels of actions, where is the
question of advocacy, that all of you be quiet ,while I will do all
wretchedness; and you shall be nicer to me?; I again and again stress, that any
advise is MUTUAL;"
First of all it was not an advice but only a Fwd and I never asked anyone to
keep quiet - people with even an iota of common sense would have understood all
these but as is said "Common sense is not so common".
Yet, he has the gall to say now - in his response to mine, that I think
differently (like you, for added measure). Any decent person would have said
sorry but some don't know what courtesy, decency and decorum mean - Ego, Ego
and Nothing But Ego, that "I know it all" attitude.
He will ask why we fwd Western quotes but he himself will quote Western
authors.Obviously he has not read what Rig Veda says - "Let Noble thoughts
come to us from all Sides" and I suppose All Sides include the West also.
I am including him in my addresses as I don't want to talk behind his back.
I will not respond further as I know it is futile and is a total waste of time.

Mr Rajaram by writing these likes reminds of the above saying.
Any sort of remarks or notes, if there is any hinting, he feels it is aimed at
him and only at him.
You just forwarded the posting for the morale of the incident mostly
imaginative about adding extra curd. It is just about the morale.
Human nature is inborn. It can be corrected to certain extent only by
themselves. These legends aims at it.
I understood. Day by day I am learning how to add curd and when to add curd.
Nothing more to add.

I normally don't respond to some people BUT am forced to state:
1. I can't understand thd tone and tenor and the snide remarks as they are
seemingly directed at the sender which is myself.Otherwise, who were they
directed at - in this fwd?
2. The person claims he never initiates any insulting remarks but only responds
and so what was in my fwd to provoke these harsh totally uncalled for words?
3. Lastly is this " content for content"? As the person always says he replies
only content for content.
I know it is useless to argue but let people decide for themselves and that's
why I am ccing all.

sharingRaita_*Adding Extra Curd*_On a Sunday afternoon a family gathered over
the Lunch table to have their favourite Biriyani, Wife was serving the food to
both her Son and her Husband. After the food was served, husband tasted the
Biriyani along with Raita and starting yelling at his wife for adding More salt
in Raita. She opened the refrigerator and added some curd to it, and she served
it again, after tasting it the husband said “You should have done it properly
and checked it before serving it to us, because of the extra salt, you have
spoilt my mood of eating Biriyani” After some time, the son and the father
completed their lunch and wife served herself and completed her lunch, while
she was washing the vessels, son came to meet her and he saw his mother with
tears in her eyes, when he inquired why she was crying, she just wiped her
tears and said “ nothing” and asked him what he wants, he asked for some money,
and she told him to take it from her purse. After some years, Son was married
and his mother lived along with him. On a Sunday afternoon, he was helping his
wife in placing the dishes on the table and his son started serving Biriyani to
his grandmother, and he started serving her some Raita, after that he sat on
his chair and started helping his wife and his son. While he started eating the
biriyani with Raita, he felt it was salty, he got up from his chair and picked
up the curd bowl and added some curd to Raita and told “Biriyani is yummy” His
wife asked him why he added some extra curd to Raita, he looked at his mother
and said “my mother knows the pain of extra salt in Raita”, his wife said I
don't understand what you said “ He smiled and said Raita was salty, so I added
extra curd so that you not will feel it salty” she said “I am sorry about it”
He said “If my father could have added extra curd to the Raita, my mother would
have not had tears in her eyes for rest of her life” “If my father could have
added extra care towards my mother, my mother would have not had the extra
burden in her heart” “If my father could have gone an extra mile in loving our
family, we would have gone an extra mile in being peaceful and happy” Every one
of us make mistakes in one way or other way in our life, but the greatest
mistake is fighting and yelling over the mistakes that was made. Ask for
yourself “Did you react over the extra salt in the Raita or did you respond by
adding extra curd to it” Life becomes sweeter when we understand the power of
adding some Empathy, care, kindness and forgiveness” first with the ones that
matter most and are dearest to us _*An extra second of thinking can change our
life forever*_
