Sigmund Freud says that 80% of the people are only
human-in-obedience, doing what is expected to be done. They cannot think
beyond or they were tuned, so, not to. But I would like to alter your
sentence a little differently. A lawyer (or anyone you can
substitute here)  must know law, but need not byheart all of them;
knowledge with memory is shruti; so many know-how are oly
absolute requirements in life which will go unnoticed in certain periods;
thus a know how of law is essential, without which one may not be able to
immediately open and show and shut. I had read Kanga and Palkhivala 7 vol
at least > 15 times. I do not remember the case laws and I do not wish to
also. But the knowhow makes my alert mind flash where the solution to the
problem exists approximately in chapter; so open ,present and shut. About
person may be one who presents it to you when you were in your second
career on the bench viz who is giving that to you receiving from me. That
benchman need not know law at all; about law. about personality. And the
headline reminds me of something or someone else to call about. K Rajaram
