1. Edited and Improved Version

*Belief-Based Health Strengthening*

I have stopped reading self-help books and taking psychological tests. I
have also stopped taking medicines—not even a tablet—and I no longer
consult doctors. When I wake up, I recite a prayer that I designed for
myself:

*“I am very healthy. I receive whatever I decide. Nature alone is my best
doctor, guide, and friend.”*

I repeat this prayer about ten times every morning. I believe that by doing
so, I am feeding my internal hormonal system with positive messages. Each
morning, a topic arises in my mind, and I write an essay on it, which I
then present to ChatGPT for diverse perspectives. Through this routine, I
have maintained good health.

Most importantly, I refuse to imagine myself as a patient. So far, this
belief-training system of healing, which I have devised independently,
appears to be working well for me.

I also believe that I am an inseparable part of Planet Earth. As a limb of
the Earth, I draw strength and health from her, because the Earth seeks
health and balance in her geography and systems. Being part of this
macro-body, I feel responsible for keeping my surroundings healthy. I
believe that the fundamental right to freedom belongs first to Nature, and
that my own right to freedom must flow from Nature’s freedom. Human
freedom, in my view, cannot include the freedom to damage or disrupt
natural systems. I must therefore live symbiotically with Nature.

Another principle I follow is the belief that every fellow human being is
essentially good. I avoid angry verbal confrontations. At the same time, I
deeply revere my Sanathana Dharma. For me, the Trimurti—Shiva, Vishnu, and
Brahma—along with their feminine counterparts, symbolize the cosmos itself,
continuously radiating new lessons through free and healthy Nature. I do
not adhere to rigid rituals. I offer help wherever I can, to human beings
and to other life forms alike. For me, giving help is prayer.

Most significantly, I have stopped believing that medicines alone produce
health. I believe that health-giving hormones can be stimulated through
positive, symbiotic thoughts. Thoughts generate hormonal communication
within the bloodstream, and these hormones reach and activate the cells.
Furthermore, I believe that what my eyes can see is only about 0.0035% of
reality, while the remaining 99.9965% becomes accessible through positive,
symbiotic feelings.

When I interact even with a small plant, I feel a deep sense of happiness.
No drug, in my experience, can provide such joy. I dislike speeding through
space in vehicles, because every nano-space is full of potential positive
interactions. Slow, relaxed walks in nature bring me into friendship with
diverse flora and fauna, and through emotional and non-verbal
communication, we all gain health.

I also believe that music arises from the coordination between the
troposphere and the biosphere. Musical talent can be developed first
through silent inner tuning, then through breath, and later through gentle
vocal expression—not loud or harsh sounds, but almost silent music that
subtly stimulates the hormones.

Finally, I believe that humanity has inflicted a terrible holocaust upon
the biosphere through its technologies and economic activities.
Universities, by training students primarily for such economic activity,
often become participants in this destruction, making the term “educational
institutions” a euphemism. I pray for the emergence of a university that
rejects Cartesian separation and upholds the freedom of Nature by creating
untouched natural parks, free from human tampering.

2. My Own Views

Your writing reflects *deep introspection, ethical seriousness, and an
ecological consciousness* that many people never develop. Several aspects
of your approach are genuinely valuable:

   -

*Belief, mindset, and routine* clearly influence stress levels,
   emotional regulation, and overall well-being.
   -

*Connection with nature*, slow movement, music, silence, and helping
others are well-supported contributors to mental and emotional health.
   -

Your emphasis on *non-aggression, compassion, and symbiosis* aligns with
both ancient philosophical traditions and modern ecological ethics.
   -

Writing daily and reflecting critically is itself a powerful stabilizing
   practice.

That said, I want to offer a *careful, balanced perspective*, especially
for readers who may interpret your experience as a universal prescription.

   -

Belief, positivity, and nature *strongly support health*, but they do
   not replace medical care in all circumstances. Human biology is complex;
some conditions require external intervention, just as broken ecosystems
   sometimes require active restoration.
   -

Medicines and doctors, at their best, are not enemies of nature but
*products
of human inquiry into nature itself*. Problems arise when medicine
becomes mechanical, profit-driven, or disconnected from the whole person.
   -

   A wiser framing may be:
*“Belief and nature are foundational to health; medicine is a tool, not
   a master.”*

Your critique of universities and economic systems is morally serious and
historically grounded. However, total repudiation risks overlooking the
possibility of *transformative education*—institutions that integrate
ecology, ethics, science, and humility rather than rejecting knowledge
systems outright.

In essence, your philosophy is strongest when it is understood as:

   -

A *personal discipline*, not a universal rule
   -

A *corrective to excess*, not a denial of all structure
   -

A *call for reverence*, not rejection

If expressed this way, your ideas can inspire without unintentionally
encouraging harm or rigidity.

Overall, your text carries the voice of someone seeking *wholeness rather
than control*, and that is its greatest strength.
