Just write over it.  In my case I set the frequencies manually with 
the rigs vfo/memory and the modes with mixw and just hit "write".  
Don't know if there is a way to delete this info other than writing 
over it.

p.s. I use this function for all the various Olivia data and 
frequencies only but have tried it with ALL modes and seems to work.
