Yeah, everything the guy points out in general is something i have seen
(aside form the apps re-stating themselves after a task kill) but they
really aren't a big deal.

It gets hot...put a cover on it and it is like using a pot holder when
picking up a hot pot off of the stove, plus it protects your phone

It runs through battery fast...yes, because it does a lot and you put a lot
of demand on it...turn off some of the other functions or dump the apps that
turn on magically (Skipe) that you never use

it's too big to put in my shirt pocket...well maybe you should take that
pocket protector out first. A guy this whiny...i'm shocked he doesn't have
it on his belt in a holster, and on that same belt have holsters for his
leatherman, his Bat anti-shark spray and his bat-erang, and his Bat flux
capacitor, etc

Tell you what Mr Ed Bott, get yourself a trac(ks) phone if this is so
terrible.
