I have to agree. I once spent 45 minutes on the phone with them trying
to convince them that there must have been a mistake, I didn't make an
appointment to have cable installed, because I already had cable, for
three months, WITH THEM. Then they accused me of stealing the cable.
Even though I paid my bill, which he should have been able to see.
