By the way, Jim, if you happen to read this sometime today, I'm actually trying to find the Converter 4.3 version of the bootable ISO. I'm having a really difficult time trying to find it on Vmware's site. If you know exactly where to find it, I would greatly appreciate a link. Thanks!
