>From a some of my research, it had been mentioned more than once on the
forum and other sites that the 4.0 Converter running on a 32-bit OS would
not complete a P2V of a 64-bit OS. I don't know that for fact as I would
need to confirm with Vmware support but it actually wasn't working for me
until I installed 5.0 Standalone on the 64-bit OS.
