Hiya,
I'm 5' 6" and 142, want to lose atleast 9lbs and get back to my pre summer weight. Living at home over the summer and eating 'normally' made me gain and I hate it. Ideally I'd like to weigh 126 but I can't fast as my metabolism is a mess and I don't want to make it any worse.

My goal is 15 lbs by the Xmas party too! I'm 5'6 and 155 right now.
The company posted some Hallowe'en party pics on the server, and that was a wake-up call for me. I never realized how chunky I had become by eating 'normally'.
My game plan is to eat only vegetables, chicken breast, fatfree cottage cheese and oranges, and to exercise for 90 minutes a day. I started this on Saturday and I've already lost 9lbs... I'm sure most (if not all) of that is water that your body releases when you forgo carbohydrates... but even still.. my pants are significantly more baggy.
