good for you! I'm on a stuck quest to lose 10.....I keep going up and down 
between 106 and 111, but not lower. Of course I havent tried my usual 
weight loss stunt: totally stop eating.....that always works. But then the 
next time I start even semi normal eating the metabolism is so worsened 
that I gain at 500 cals, then gain at 400 cals etc....the numbers keep 
getting lower that can be allowed to maintain> So I'm searching around for 
something I can live with. Meanwhile its my 106-11 dance......and it doesnt 
mean anything anymore. Used to freak me out> Its definitely water since it 
comes on and off in a matter of 1 day...

Hi Angelfish!

I've decided to go with a modified version of the 2468 plan...it's the 
8-0-6-2-4 plan.  I think it'll work better with my busted metabolism.  I'm 
on my 800 day today, have already had a banana (108) calories and poretty 
much have the rest of the day planned.  Also, I'm going to try to drink 
70-128oz of water a day as well as some Diet Dr. Pepper and Diet Pepsi (my 
crutch!!!).  I always try to get the water down first, then reward myself 
at 
the end of the day with a diet soda.  That's my plan.  PLus, tons of 
exercise when I can get it in (you know, two kids, makes that part hard to 
plan!).  Generally ends up being lots of jumping jacks and crunches :-)  
Anyway, thanks so much for replying, I'm really feeling confident about 
it.  
Main motivator is showing these jerks at work that I'm not going to be the 
"fat one"!  :-)
