Hmm...that's a version of 2-4-6-8-0 that miught work better for me. I was just keeping my calories around 400, and that works, too. I might try the 80624. I thought when I got into the 8's that it was alittle too much, and I wasn't loosing anything in the 8's, only the 2-4-6. ~I'll never live to regret what I said~ --Rhonlynn http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Crunchclub/join http://groups.yahoo.com/group/SariahsAdvice/join *What nourishes me, also destroys me* From: "Kelly Pettengill" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subject: Re: [thin] HI, my first post. Hi Camille! I'm so glad you replied! I'm sorry for taking so long to reply, my computer at work was dead (literally) and I just got a new one today. Mine at home decides to just shut off whenever it wants to, so that's fun! I keep going back and forth on deciding between the all liquids diet and the 8-0-6-2-4 diet (I think it's better than the 02468.) BUt I'd like to incorporate the 128oz. of water into it. Wow! I was only taking 70oz. a day, but if I could step it up to 128! I think part of me is scared to get into it again because it was so hard to get out. But a bigger part of me just doesn't care anymore. Ok, writing this e-mail, I've decided to go on the 8-0-6-2-4 plan. Even though we're doing different plans, do you think it'd be ok if we still talked, or would you rather we didn't? Let me know! I understand, either way!
