Lean Aspirations is a compilation of thoughts and figures and things about ana, and dieting. It's supposed to be compiled in a binder with refillable sheets. I thought it looked interesting, and it was only thirty dollars. I thought the woman who made it was in a former ana e-group taken over by those at Yahoo.
