Because you're the one who is asking others to take time out of their life and do something to help you - ie share their knowledge. We/they get to choose how and what we respond to you within what is acceptable on this mailing list.
Both Matt and Dominique reached out and tried to help you. Matt asked for clarification, and Dominique suggested that rather than struggling with this tool another might be a better fit. You pushed them both away. You're even doing it to me now when my single goal is to point you in the direction that will get you the best results for the problem that *you* are having.
