It has been a long time since Crucial sold memory for a 600E or a 600X

They no longer sell memory for the Type 2645, 2646, or the 2642...

Kahlon.com does, but ebay is your likely choice.

The 600E comes in two type numbers, and some (but not all) 600E will utilize
more memory than the listed 288 MB with the 32 MB non removable.  On others,
it is a density issue.

The 600X has three type numbers, but they all have 64 MB non removable, and
576 MB total PC133 low density.

Those modules sell on eBay for $20 to $35 on average... so watch for the
sellers that have free shipping.
