Hm, Fn is how I've always woken machines from sleep AFAICR. Might be the senility kicking in.
Touchpad is disabled in software only. I just noticed that my headset plug is also wonky: suddenly I have to pull it out a bit to get it to be stereo. That makes NO sense to me, seems physical. Maybe it's possessed. .phsiii From: Alex Austin [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Monday, August 10, 2009 5:08 PM To: Phil Smith III Cc: [email protected] Subject: Re: [Thinkpad] Funky stuff Did Fn ever wake it? In my experience, that's the only key that won't wake a machine from sleep. Can't comment on Touchpad being re-enabled. I'm assuming it's some Windows update, but??? ...phsiii _______________________________________________ Thinkpad mailing list [email protected] http://stderr.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/thinkpad _______________________________________________ Thinkpad mailing list [email protected] http://stderr.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/thinkpad
