Can't disable just the touchpad in Device Manager. Now after reboot, Fn does wake it up again, and the touchpad was not enabled. Go figure. That indicates that the left contact (which I assume doesn't work when the plug is all the way in) is broken off the motherboard. Pulling it out halfway makes the ground float so the right signal goes through both phones. For touchpad, see if it can be disabled in Device Manager.
