Hm. Ain't gots no Ultranav Wizard, and would have turned it off in any toolbar long ago. I went to Control Panel/Mouse and to the Ultranav tab there to turn it off.

I use the UltraNav Wizard to disable the Trackpad on my Windoze Thinkpads equipped with one (T41P, T60P, T61P, etc.) and have never experienced a Trackpad enabling itself after a reboot. Start, All program, Thinkvantage, UltraNav Wizard. Or, look for the UltraNav icon in your toolbar. And yes Phil, the Fn key is the correct key for waking a Thinkpad from standby. Has been for as long as I can recall and is the key I use on all my current machines, the majority of which are set to "Do Nothing" when the lid is closed.
