I just bought a used T60 and am puzzled by the battery light that is flashing amber. The battery appears to function perfectly - it both takes and holds its charge. I don't yet have a spare battery but I just ordered one in case that is necessary now or will become so the near future.
The computer itself still has several months of Lenovo warranty left, so if this turns out to be a system board issue, that will not be a tragedy. Any diagnosis or advice, other that to await the arrival of the newly ordered battery? I'll be buying a few more of these T60's to accommodate the holiday house guests.
