There's a pretty major difference in hardware between a T400 and a T410s. (as I typed this I saw Mitch already replied, so I'll not repeat him further).
Mitch, My organization is moving all T60 / T61 users to the T400s -- didn't go 410s to save a few $$ I suspect. I've had mine for a couple of days... pretty nice. the LED LCD is really too bright at full 'volume' for my likes, so I run it at about 3/4 brightness. I don't care for the non-4:3 ratio too much. I like my vertical space :) Keyboard is great. I even left the touchpad enabled so far -- though I doubt I'll convert from the trackpoint.
