Hello: I'm trying to get either a set of downgrade CD/DVDs WinXP Pro or upgrade CD/DVD Win7 for my new(ish) X301 which came with VISTA pre-installed from Lenovo.
I've called Lenovo and was shot down the first time. Does any one have any hints how what buttons to push while I'm talking with the sales rep so that they'll sell me a set?
