Moneywise you're better off buying with as little RAM as possible and
adding RAM yourself later on.

Yes, the X2nn keywords are really full-size.  Actually these machines
are about as wide as a 14" T60, which is why they can accommodate
a full-size keyboard.

I stay away from Nvidia because of their lack of support for Free Software.
Last I checked, the discrete graphics also consumed more power, hence
leading to more heat, more noise, and less autonomy.

In terms of whether the machine may be limited by the 65W, I don't know
(never noticed a difference), but in terms of size the 65W is definitely
