It appears these are 1x1, 1x2, and 2x2, respectively. So the
theoretical maximum bandwidth (up/down, in Mbps) would be 150/150,
150/300, and 300/300. The 6205 also supports .11a, which would be more
exciting if I still had an a router. :)

I guess for $20 it's worth getting the 300/300 theoretical bandwidth
(need a new router) and the potential for "a" (ditto, but not
necessarily the same new router).
