Upgrading a t61p, Thinkvantage System Update offered me
this Active Protection System.
According to Lenovo,
Like an airbag's sensor, Active Protection System can detect sudden
changes in motion and temporarily stop the hard drive to help protect your
valuable data from some crashes that could occur due to everyday notebook
accidents.
This would seem to be quite helpful to have on a laptop.
Does anyone have experience in using it? Should I install it?
