No such thing as a "reliable" aftermarket battery in my not-so-modest experience.
Lenovo Outlet sometimes gets stuff that is very decently priced, but you have to be checking it at least twice a day. Right now, they've got a 6-cell for $75 - if you can wait the deal will likely get better. http://outlet.lenovo.com/accessories/batteries.html Every single battery that I ever bought there had 0 cycles, looked and behaved like new.
