For sure I'll replace it if I'm going to keep using the T41p, I'm wondering if it's worth doing the latter. I have tried several solutions and the HD is ot recognized on other machines. At best it needs a reformat, at worst a new HD. I know they're cheap now but I'm wondering if a T41p is worth the investent of a new fan AND a new HD.
This forced me to get the X300 up and running for the former T41p user, and the X220 up and running for the former X300 user (me), so except for a real parallel port (if I can't get this new USB-parallel cable to work), are we likely to use the T41p? Or enough to justify investing in fan+HD? Thanks! -- Andrew mailto:[email protected] Wednesday, August 31, 2011, 10:21:21 PM, you wrote: > Yeah, I'd replace it.
