> A 30 - 40 second freeze, because of software? Gads. Every so often I'll get a menu-won't-disappear issue on one of our W7 machines, and reinstalling the video driver (or the Thinkvantage "onscreen" driver, for frozen screen brightness or volume displays) invariable fixes it.
