It looks like Toshiba doesn't license any of these.  Who makes your 
old/current HD?  You can use their software as well (obviously the old HD 
will be attached during the whole operation).

I also once used a USB drive from WD and the WD version of Acronis tools to 
clone from a Hitachi drive to a Seagate drive.  A drive that goes with the 
software only needs to be attached, it doesn't need to be used for anything.

People are talking about Easus software, let me strongly warn against it. 
It is probably the slowest cloning software out there, and if it encounters 
anything it doesn't like (eg, a single mistake in a single file) it will 
hammer away at it for hours.  Moreover, it has no "soft" exit strategy, 
which means that if you start it and realize immediately that it is going to 
take 40 hours, you have to let it finish - if you shut it down in any way 
(eg, you yank the drive, or the laptop decides to hibernate) you will lose 
100% of your data.

I lost 320 gigabytes with it recently (fortunately I had a backup).
