Yes, all T61p units have nVidia chips, and some of them were built after the 
given date. Most if not all of T61 models were withdrawn by the end of 2008.

T5270...I believe that was an option on early 4:3 units only. That's a Merom 
CPU.

What about the T5270? (1.40GHz) 
 
FWIW, ltwbook.pdf lists all T61p's as having nVidia.  And they were all  
"announced" prior to July 2008.  Might they still have been built after July  
2008?
