Git is set up. Info here: http://wiki.apache.org/thrift/GitRepository
The new repository has totally different commit hashes (because the commit messages are cleaned up and the svn URL has changed), so I would recommend cloning a fresh repository instead of trying to update your old one. I've ported over all of the branches from the old one that still seemed relevant. The Ruby ones came over cleanly, but I linearized and rebased the c bindings. Ross, let me know if it looks wrong at all. Todd, some of yours got linearized and rebased too. If anything is wrong, let me know. If there is anything else you want ported, push to thrift-old.git and email me to let me know. --David David Reiss wrote: > https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/thrift/trunk/ > > I will work on porting the recent changes from the Facebook Open-Source > repo to this one. > > GIT USERS!: Please do not git svn clone from this repo, as it puts a lot > of load on Apache's Subversion server, and I don't want the > infrastructure team getting mad at us.
