2. You can volunteer to help with infrastucture issues, subscribing to
the infrastructure mailing lists, hanging out on the #asfinfra IRC
channel, etc.
Perhaps we could pass the hat around and get some targeted donations from
interested parties to improve the situation?
For legal reasons, Apache cannot accept targeted donations.
