Has anyone else found that Hotmail has stopped downloading? I noticed it 2 days ago and have not made any changes that I am aware of. The error is "Could not connect to server localhost; the connection was refused." I have not changed my password etc but as this is not the usual "negative vibes" I was wondering what it might be.
