Strange I just tried sending again now and it is now working. The
only thing I have done different since yesterday is reboot after a
Windows update that I received overnight was applied.

The webmail logfiles directory was creating logfiles. I do have zip
copy of those send logfiles that while the problem was happening if
you interested in them. When I looked in the save passwords yesterday
I did notice the smtp settings for webmail linuxmail.org wasn't
created but now when I check it is there. Must have been some crazy
system error. I had restart TB several times but never thought of just
rebooting everything. Sorry to have bother you about this.
