Thanks to KE4AVB the workaround works fine for most of my mail.com accounts.
Unfortunately mail.com did not transfer all my mail.com accounts to AOL, some still use the "old" mail.com servers. I have some freemail accounts like [email protected] for example - some of them are already transferred to AOL, some still use the old mail.com servers. I hope mail.com will finish it's complete relocation soon.
