Currently Hotmail and Yahoo don't support IMAP for free accounts as far as I know. Webmail is go between these account webmail pages and TB and is very good at it too. There are some limitations but is good work around especially for Hotmail that is not willing to provide free imap access
If you do have paid IMAP access to these accounts then you need to setup them as IMAP accounts. You don't use webmail to setup these accounts instead you use "email account" and when you get to incoming server type you select IMAP instead of POP3 and fill the appropriate addresses as needed. You will need set your port numbers as needed under server setting for your which ever account you are setting up. Don't forget setup the smtp account for each these accounts. I can send you example of setting AOL's imap account that should help understand what info is needed to setup your imaps.
