Becky,
Sometimes when you log into a web mail service on its web site you are
presented with one or more screens (pages) usually of information about
new services that you have to "click through" to get to your mail. The
web mail extension can't cope with this, the program is expecting the
normal log-in page, then straight to the mail pages. The only way around
this is to visit the web mail site yourself using your browser of choice
and view these screens. Once you've seen these pages, your web mail
provider will then once more take you straight from log-in to your mail
whether in person using a browser or by the extension which emulates
your actions on the web site in logging in and reading your mail.

I want to try what you did, alanrf. What exactly do you mean by "a
few new screens?"
Thank you,
Becky

A few days ago I was experiencing this timeout problem with Yahoo as
well.
Logging into Yahoo on the Web and going through a few new Yahoo
screens cleared the problem for me.
Please also note that the Webmail Author has provided a new "pre-
release" update to the Yahoo mail add-on in the files section of this
forum. I have installed this version and Yahoo continues to work well
for me.
