You can check if yours is one of the accounts affected by the bug by
going to the Hotmail site and attempting to view the source code of one
of your mails. If this returns a page of readable text then you are not
affected, on the other hand you get a page full of meaningless symbols,
your account is one that is affected. In this case the extension will
not work for you until Microsoft fix the problem.

@ Webmail Author: I e-mailed you the log files.

I am having a similiar problem with different error messages; most
times only getting the 1355. Try disabling your anti-virus scanner and
see if that will help you download the messages. Remember to re-start
the scanner and scan your system afterwards for viruses. Just
disabling the email scanner in AVG didn't help me; I had to disable
the resident scanner too.
I am using AVG and for some reason I am only having this problem with
the Hotmail extension on receive but am unable to send complete emails
unless it off using any of the webmail outgoing boxes.

getting mail forever untill it is timed out. So I can not receive any

perhaps know how to solve it? Thanks in advance!
