Chris, I will disagree with you there. I am using Thunderbird 2.0.0.24 with Windows 7 simply because, IMHO, it was the most stable and lightweight thunderbird client ever built. I would never upgrade to the latest Thunderbird since my client does all that it's supposed to do, integrating six user accounts for almost seven years now and consuming between 80 and 150 MB of memory with an uptime of 34 days since last reboot. Furthermore the OS version has nothing to do with the extension's compatibility, it's simply a matter of the TB client supporting some features implemented into the xpi with the new Mozilla API.
Kind regards, nextai.
