Thanks Wolfgang, I may just wait to see if some kind of pattern emerges that helps narrow down the potential cause of this. We have multiple users accessing multiple TW's, but any given TW may only be modified 4 or 5 times a month. Or, I guess I can work with a test copy of a TW using all the same plugins and see if I can replicate the problem then start disabling plugins on the test TW.
