Nice work again! My first few observations/bug reports: -the new version makes moving tiddlers break the TW. I tried in safari 3, then i can move one tiddler in the vismoplugin, if i try to move a second one the jquery tabs break up and show inline. Moving is gone after that, tiddlers still open though. If i try in firefox (latest) I can move up to two tiddlers before that doesn't respond anymore. No breaking up of the page occurs, only the moving stops working. Must be a conflict between the vismoplugin and the imagetagplugin? It worked fine with the first version... - response time in general was hugely improved but in your new version it seems much slower again - could you in some way make the 'active' tiddler show on top? If i open more than one and move the first opened around it stays in the back of the subsequently opened tiddlers. I can live with that but having it come up on top would be much nicer... - nice new ordering of the edittemplate!! - you said it 'doesn't work' in IE but I found the first version much better then i'd expected from those words. It's only the links in the tagmindmap that stopped working. Having popups that do work makes it functional enough for now... In the new version you're right. Much too slow, no tooltips anymore, broken navigation in the upper corner. I don't know what happened but there it is. I know how much we hate IE but it might still be nice to try and make it work a bit better? - speaking of popups, i love it! - maybe it's time to clearly list the stylable objects you create in the plugins in a tiddler so people can find what they can change and what not? ie. what is nodelabelprefix...? - and a last very minor detail for now: you chose the imagetags to be round. Could they be square or rectangle too? (i'm using a photo with rows of books to tag, that's why)

So if you have any requests let me know ;-) so here's the requests, hope you can do something with it. Firstly, could you make the geoplugin work with a more detailed map that could be shown online too? I'd love to be able to use the openstreetmap tiles or google static in my online version. The geojson is a nice piece of work, but the image it shows is too much of an outline to be usable for my goals. I'd love to be able to show where a tiddler is located. My locations are mostly spread around holland and belgium so i need more detail in the map for it to be meaningful to viewers of my TW. The small geographical area i cover would mean it's no problem to have the static images needed saved and served linked to my online TW. Or maybe there's a way to make the geojson itself more detailed?? idea that came up when i was working on a site for a friend of mine. He is theatre designer and i made up a version of my own site for him htttp://www.doordouwe.nl it shows his cv and the projects he worked on. Maybe for those kind of uses you could make a kind of 'timelinegraph'? I know there's the timelineplugin, but what i'd like and think would be useful for usecases like that is a canvas version coupled with your edittweaks, so i could manually give in the timestamp for a tiddler and have it show on the right place in the canvas. Thinking about it though maybe it would be just as easy to use the imagetagplugin for this purpose... Still, i could see a visualization maybe as a line, but preferably as something else. Maybe concentric circles - centre would be 'now', circles would be 'past'. then again, what about the future? Suppose you could also use it as a new kind of calendar that shows projects coming up? As you see, not a very clearcut idea yet, but who knows what might come of it? Ok, so far for now. I'm really very happy with your work, thanks again, ML --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TiddlyWiki" group.
