Forgive me, I've been ignoring TW for far too long. But, ZiddlyWiki does have multi-user functionality. When one user is editing a tiddler, it is "locked" and other users will see a message that another user is editing. ZW also requests a list of current tiddlers on a regular basis (5 minutes, I think) so that all users will see updated or modified tiddlers.
