I noticed a curious behavior in IE7: the page resizing is garbled when I call CTRL++ or CTRL+-, but if I select from the menu View -> Text Size -> Largest or Smallest the page looks fine, with characters, spaces, and boxes shrinking and expanding in the correct proportions.
